Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it may no longer be possible to edit the order details or cancel it. If you need to update your shipping address or other information, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed, we'll do our best to accommodate requests before the order has been fulfilled.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. We will provide a tracking number once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
Lost Packages
If your tracking indicates that your package was lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate the shipment and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any shipping or delivery issues, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date so we can assist you.
P.O. Boxes
We cannot guarantee successful delivery to P.O. Box addresses. We recommend using a physical street address whenever possible.
International Orders
Import taxes, customs duties, and other fees are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility. These charges, if applicable, are determined by your country's customs authority.
For customers in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Germany, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected and applicable local laws will apply.
