In-stock items
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Because in-stock orders are dispatched quickly, please email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it before it leaves the warehouse.
Pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it enters production or fulfilment. Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard Refund Policy applies.
Made-to-order items (apparel)
Apparel is printed just for you, so cancellations are only possible before production begins — typically within 24 hours of placing your order.
