When will my order arrive?

Most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days for domestic destinations and 10–30 business days for international orders, depending on the destination country and local carrier.

Please note: Plushies and the Run Monster Run Board Game are pre-order items and are scheduled to begin shipping September 15. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship internationally. Shipping cost and time are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Some items ship from different fulfillment warehouses. Plushies and the Run Monster Run Board Game are fulfilled from one warehouse, while apparel is made to order and shipped by our print partner from a separate facility.

If your order contains items from multiple fulfillment locations, they may arrive in separate packages, and you'll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Some items say "Pre-order" — what does that mean?

A few products are available to pre-order ahead of production. The expected ship date is shown on the product page, and you'll be charged at checkout to reserve yours.

How do pledges work?

Pledges go toward funding the next episode of Run Monster Run. Pick a suggested amount or enter your own — every pledge helps bring more of the show to life.

What's your return & refund policy?

See our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy for full details. If something arrives damaged, email us a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.

How do I track my order?

Head to Track Your Order and follow the option that matches how you ordered. Every shipped order also gets a tracking email.
